Only connect sometimes
I have owned this camera for about six months. First problem is connecting to WiFi, it never connects the first time. You have you try a few times to view live. Second problem, after the firmware upgrade there is static present in live view with the sound. Emailed support back and forth for about a month and they told me we can’t find any problems with the firmware. So when it connects I have to turn the sound off or it’s very annoying. SWWHD-INTCAM "JUNK"!
Do NOT buy these cameras they run on 2G NOT 5G. The App for viewing and alerts is useless. The only way they work is by constantly re-installing the cameras. The support team can only tell you to remove and re-install then cross your fingers and hope they work for a while. I invested @ $500.00 in this JUNK. Look at the photos and this is what you must get used to. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with.
