Works great. It took a couple of minutes for me to get it setup the way I wanted in Microsoft Flight Simulator X. I did not notice the broke off stud/nut that keeps the 5 way cable to the back of the card. I tied it off to the back of the computer with a small piece of wire. The card works fine. I would recommend it and it is much cheaper than Triple head to go.
