It was an easy install and it connected with my WI-FI. The directions were OK and I didn't have any problems getting it installed setting up the fingerprint input. The Phone App works well like the display that you get a green circle with the inside stating Unlocked and a red circle with stating locked. I have used the phone app to lock and unlock the lock even if I lock or unlock the lock in person the status on the app is correct. What I like is that it has the fingerprint feature that it is so easy to rekey the lock it just works . I rate it 5 stars

This lock will not program and there was screws missing and the ba5teries was dead went to home depot and bought a new one no problem with programing it, this was a bad lock, i put it in the trash. 8 hrs Trying to get it to programed.
