This is a MASSIVE upgrade from the previous Siri remote, and a much needed one. The touchpad is much more intuitive, the directional buttons are a lifesaver for skipping through or rewinding, and the mute button is a great addition. I also like having the Siri button on the side of the remote. The addition of a power button is also great. 5/5 Stars

Great Product! Much better than the previous 1st gen Siri Remote, dubbed by my mother as the "worst remote ever". The new Apple Siri Remote is a significant improvement to the old black remote. It feels better in your hand and provided track pad to easily navigate by scrolling as-well-as going back one frame at a time or scrolling forward to skip commercials. Very easy to pair the new controller with the Apple TV+ device. Accessing Apps via the microphone is easy. Overall, the navigation buttons are very intuitive and provide easy access to multiple Apps providing seamless transition from one program to the other. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it over the old black remote.
