Decent, but not great sound and ANC. They stay in your ears when working out. The main draw for me is that they work seamlessly with Apple products and that really is a great feature if it applies to you. Airpod Pro 2 has better sound, though. But, again, these are good as a supplemental pair for working out. I would not buy them as a daily driver over the AP2, though.
