Hard to find, good value
I've come to enjoy collecting cassettes recently, but one aspect of it that has been a pain is finding ways to store the cassettes. For a while I'd kept an eye out at thrift stores for vintage tape storage boxes to no avail. Finally, I saw this on eBay, and it's honestly one of the only newly made cassette storage racks I've seen online. The product itself is fairly basic, but it most definitely gets the job done, and you can get this for around the same price as most of the used racks and boxes that are out there. Hard to say whether it will stand the test of time, but it holds a generous 100 cassettes, and after shipping, my total was just under $40, so we're looking at 40 cents per tape, which really isn't too bad to avoid having the tapes just sit strewn about. My only complaint really is that it has a very slight wobble, so part of me worries that it could tip over and spill all of the tapes, but so far that has not happened. Other than possibly making your own, or getting a bargain on a vintage piece, I think this is probably your best option for cassette storage in 2017.

Ink Storage
I use this rack to store my crafting ink. It's a little heavy to hang but mine will sit on a cabinette. Ordered 2- 1 had slight damage to back but husby fixed with a fir strip and glue. Momento and Stazon fit well, Distress fit well. Stampin Up fit if you turn and let them stick out a few inches. A few thick pigment ink pads are too fat. I purchased two of these because of number of cassettes I have. The product finish is very nice for the frame. The cassette compartments are loosely fitted but they do not interfere with the cassette. I installed them ion the wall with support at the bottom and they look very nice. I am currently using it as storage for ink pads. I use the Stampin' Up ink pads, which are quite large. This piece is not the best for that, but for regular sized ink pads, this would work well. You get what you pay for
About as cheaply made as is possible. The inserts for the cassettes were splintered so some tapes wouldn’t fit in without ripping the splinters out first.
