For clean water
It is a highly effective water filter. This is the second house in which I have installed one in the kitchen for drinking water. The cartridge is easy to replace as long as you remember to shut off the water and place the case in a large basin before opening it.

HESITANT AND CONCERNED POSSIBLY HAZARDOUS
The filter is too fluffy. I followed the directions and charged it properly. I did noticed that the water was slippery like soap while I was charging it, I think it's the coconut? Anyway after charging it I see tiny hair fibers in the water and other particles, I also saw one tiny carbon floating around, reminds me of dry wall and sheetrock. This seems dangerous to my health and I'm afraid of drinking it. I'm switching back to my old filter aquaversa which cost twice as much but does a much better job. UPDATE: After letting it sit for 10-15 minutes, I went back to rinse my hands and to my surprise it was still slippery like soap. This is not normal. I want regular clean filtered water, not this slippery soap coconut water.

Not working well
I got the filters and put it in. The water came out slow. I took it apart and blew it out with compressed air. No difference. Blew the hose to the intake. No change. Only thing left is that the filter is not allowing the water thru. Water is fast to the filter and not when coming out of it. Simple. Filter does not allow water thru.
