Patriot side exhaust H1050
I purchased this kit for my 78 Corvette as it was a good value. I had very little trouble mounting the exhaust to my car, but the hard part was connecting to my down pipes from the manifolds. I also purchased the hookup kit that comes with 2 elbows and 2 J pipes but didn't end up using it, instead I used the elbows from my factory exhaust. The look and sound of the Patriot side exhaust is GREAT. It makes my vette sound like one now. I Highly recommend this system. The only drawback is the exhaust sits lower than the bottom of the rocker panels and frame on a corvette, but I haven't hung it up on anything yet (just have to be a little carful).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A whole lot of value for your money !
For the money this exhaust is stunning , chrome is beautiful and I added Hedman headers for side exhaust which allowed it to fit perfectly . My '77 C 3 small block breathes easily now and definitely freed up some more horsepower between the side pipes and headers , maybe 20 to 25 horse over stock . It's also a lot lighter than the stock system and no more catalytic converter . It's winter in Northern Michigan so I can't say how they sound running down the road but I believe they are going to be fantastic . I love looking at the side profile of my car with these pipes .I feel this exhaust system will last for a lot of years because of the quality and my Vette stays in a garage except in the summer when I take it for a ride . For a little over two hundred bucks and a little time in my garage I was able to make one of the best performance and looks upgrades to a C3 vette .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
