Sharp, salty taste from natural sea salt
Did you know that the salt and "sea salt" you buy in the grocery store is bleached? Look it up. Table salt is so processed that it almost is not salt anymore. I have been using this gray Celtic Sea Salt for years now. It is the best. This 1 lb. bag lasts me for around a year-and-a-half. I had read about Celtic Salt and decided to switch from using Himalayan Pink salt due to the possibility of their questionable mining practices and being explosive dust in their products....just a possibility though. Celtic Salt has been a processed in a 3rd generation family owned business.... They only thing to know is that I would recommend letting it dry out before using for it's moisture content....
