2400 mhz gskill memory w/EK spreaders
Unfortunately, gskill does not warranty memory when the heat spreader is removed. The tags are on them as well as the serial number so if they fail I have no choice but to replace them. So far I have only been able to get them to 1866mhz, but that could be the processor's fault. Better cooling may be in order.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

what to buy?? the fact is for the price 4 x 8GB sticks are just as good. If your wanting to max out your board or?? try buying 2---16GB sticks and the price..... as some boards are thought to be quad or dual.......Half of computer stuff is total HYPE....keeping up with the Jones's.....but for slightly more than a 100 bucks My buy of 32 gigs is great!!! Gskilll Does it again with great performing memory that actually does XMP settings
This RAM is older but is now available at a good price if you are rocking a motherboard that needs DDR3. It works great, passes Memtest 86+ and actually works at exactly XMP settings the first time. Lots of RAM manufacturers fail that or you have to underclock some. I got 2400 out of these and they are stable and did not require any extra voltage or other tweaks.
