The TC Electronic Ditto X2 looper can play the loop in two different patterns, reverse mode or half-speed mode or both. With the true bypass and analog-dry-through design, this pedal provides optimal signal integrity and ensures zero loss of the tone. Recording and looping a 24-bit audio for up to 5 minutes with unlimited dubbing is convenient using this Ditto X2. Great pedal, came like new....no power supply?
I recieived my pedal a few days before the estimated date. It had all the (I'm assuming) original packaging and worked upon putting a battery in & plugging it in to my Fishman artist amp. This thing is great and definitely a step up from my previous zoom pedal (a mutli-effects pedal that just happen to have a looper built in). Overdubs are a cinch & the effects are fun to mess around with. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is no power cable included, only a usb. Maybe they all come like that, but it seems like something that should be included with the unit. Other than that, I'm definitely satisfied.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good looper
if you're looking for a looper that does the job, this is definitely one that you should consider. Not sure it's worth $180 but for sure $120 or so, which is the price for which many eBay sellers are asking. Pluses are ease of use (I recommend separate power supply) and apparent quality of build. Minuses are that the bells and whistles (playing in reverse and half speed) don't seem to have much real world functionality, and that if you load your own backing tracks into it, you can only access the last one that you loaded. This is a pain in the posterior; I loaded seven tracks (one for each mode) and the !#!$#$ thing will only play one of them. To get to the next one, I have to delete the one that's in front of it. What's more, once you've imported a track, you HAVE to use it - the looper will play it once you switch it on and you can't turn off that track. Maybe the really large version addresses these issues, but for my money I'd rather have random access to multiple pre-loaded backing tracks and an off switch so that I don't have to use them all the time, rather than silly reverse and half speed modes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Clear & easy to use with useful features.
Minimum amount of knobs and switches are silent on/off type. Everything that moves is smooth. The playback is super clean especially to my ears , C# & F# notes stand out with amazing clarity. Sounds great, extremely easy to use
I love loopers! I've been looping since my first digital delay (Ibanez AD-80),and now that I think about it, long before that with a handful of tape decks. I have tried a number of loopers, and for the studio I suspect I'll end up with another Jamman, but for the pedal board it is hard to imagine a better pedal. Awesome pedal
I'm a looper lover. I have had some other products in the past (Jamman Stereo looper, small ditto) and the Ditto X2 has easily become my favorite. The simplicity of this pedal is it's main selling point. It's so easy to get going (and doesn't require some unique power supply like some other loopers I have had). Also, the FX are pretty sweet. The perfect partner
The X2 Looper is very affordable and easy to use. I didn't know what I was missing until I started using the looper. I have enjoyed many hours of fun jamming with the perfect partner. I can make all the mistakes that I usually do and it never complains and keeps right on playing. You have to get this pedal if you write original music ... It gives you the opportunity to build your layers and really gives you a sense of how your song we sound and feel .... Ease of use is great once you get the knack of it. Love the FX button option for stopping loops. The Reverse and 1/2 speed are fun addtions. Being able to store on the Ditto itself as well as being able to download your ideas to your computer is a GREAT thing!!! Hated that you couldnt save loops with the Boss RC line.
