16 GB DDR3L SODIMM; Worked with my Dell Inspiron 13-7348 i5 5th gen Intel processor.
I needed extra RAM space for photo and movie. I read that there a 16GB DDRL3 Laptop memory availiable. It will work for i5 and i7 5th and 6th gen Intel processors. Got this laptop (be sure power is off), removed the bottom plate (and the battery, to be safe) and replaced the 8GB DDR3L SODIMM with the new 16GB DDR3L SODIMM ram module. Reassembled the battery and bottom plate. While booting up, press and hold the F2 button. It'll show the BIOS with the system info of CPU type, amount of RAM, Windows operating system.

Works great, passed all tests.
When I first installed it in my Thinkpad Yoga 460 it didn't want to boot up, but it did after two or three hold-the-button-down-for-10-seconds shutdowns. When it did boot up, BIOS and Windows recognized its proper size. I then ran extensive memory tests which were all passed. Have had no issues in a month of extensive use of the laptop.
