This is an exceptional X79 motherboard with X99 features at a cost.
With the latest BIOS update, it now support NVMe SSD and the biggest DDR3 ram stick that you can find on the market. Since the motherboard is out of production, this board is more expensive compare to other 2nd hand board. Because of the rich features and the price point where you can buy a brand new X99 Workstation motherboard, this motherboard is not worth it for builder that are trying to build a X79 system from the ground up. Look elsewhere unless you are on 4XXX CPU and wanted to squeeze more life out of your system.
