  • Hopeful

Definitely well worth the cost, great packaging, & effective!!! Be patient with the process as it is taking a bit longer than anticipated… but my actinic keratosis on my chest has been there for some time. A month in on daily application and I am noticing a significant improvement;-)

  • Almost no sap content!

I should have researched before ordering. The tube is VERY tiny, which I expected, but I was very disappointed to discover that it contains only 2.5% sap! If the sap were gold dust, the weight in this tube would be worth $4.13 at the spot price of gold when I checked. So it is hundreds of times more expensive than gold . The instructions say to expect weeks of application to get results. Curaderm BEC5 is also slow acting, but not THAT slow, and is definitely effective. Actinic Kerotosis can be eliminated with ordinary hydrogen peroxide. If it is worse than a kerotosis, a bloodroot & mild acid salve works almost immediately, heals in a few days and is way cheaper. I should have bought the available seeds and grown my own sap to experiment with.

  • Working for me

Have had actinic keratosis on top of my head for years. Tried freezing them several times. Also did the Levulan Kerastick/ blue light treatment a couple times. Had used expensive Fluorouracil cream prescribed by a dermatologist also in the past. Too much expense, started apple cider vinegar with marginal success. Found this stuff on internet and in 10 days a couple of my most concerned crusty spots have fallen off. a couple others have gotten more smooth. I am happy with the results so far as well as the cost.

  • Price tag is high

I bought this product out of need for my 88 yo dad’s actinic keratosis. He will need to use such or similar product for a prolonged use. But the price is very high. I recommend the cream but because of its price I’m not sure I’ll return for purchase.

  • Its okay

I have only been using this for less then a week. Seems to dry out them out.. wil continue using to see if i get better results. I dont like that it cost so much and the tube is the same size as my little finger so that i feel like was a rip off but so far so good

  • A wart removal product that really works!

I had several plantar warts on the bottoms of both feet. I tried soaking them in warm waterf and filing them and using different over the counter medicines (they were mostly salicylic acid) for over 5 years. Could not get rid of them. Then I read that Milkweed had been used a folk remedy for many years. I ordered PhytoMedx Milkweed Cream and used it morning and night. I ended up using 2 tubes of the medicine and got rid of all of them. What a relief. That was 3 or 4 years ago. I recently had a new wart come up between my toes and want to get rid of it before it gets as big as the other ones did. Thank you for having such a wonderful product. Funny how some of the oldest remedies are still better than the new more expensive ones.

  • It seems to be working.

I have had a spot of AK on my head for several years. In the last five months I have tried two naturally based products that had previously worked well on my BCC but this time made no difference to AK. Then Three weeks ago received this Euphorbia cream. Initially I followed the instruction of applying it once a day but after a week of no difference I started applying it morning and night and that is when I started to notice the difference. Now after two weeks it seems that the AK spot is halfway towards resolving. I am happy with the effect so far.

  • Disappointed with Phytomedx

After having many actinic keratosis spots in my hair and forehead, I was so excited to try this product because the reviews were so good. I applied this product for five weeks, every day, as was instructed with absolutely no success. Not one spot cleared up! I spent almost $60 on two tubes and am very disappointed with the product.

  • !00% does what it promises

It's only been 6 days but my keratosis spots have reduced in size and are starting to fade. Will probably need 2 more weeks to see the best results. What a great value! I will purchase gain for some spots on my legs. Only wish the tubes were larger in size maybe 8 grams instead of 4! Thank you for an amazing product at a fraction of the cost of the prescription brand

  • I'll take it!

Best alternative to Euphorbia peplus. Already cutting down my Verruca keratos. But it's not instant. It's a slow process. The plant (Euphorbia peplus) that Picato is made from can't imported to the U.S. because it's not indigenous and invasive, so asclepias speciosa is distant 2nd but I'll take whatever works. Depending on how bad your condition is, you may need a lot of it.
