Poorly made and does not fit in well! DO Not buy this part!
I have bought this to replace the Pump and Motor Assembly for Whirlpool Model #WDT730PAHZ0, as the original part was discontinued. This was provided on the Whirlpool official website, as well as on the Sears' and Tribles' websites as replacement. Although the part fit in to replace the discontinued original assembly, it is poorly made and does not match perfectly. The new threaded slot for the sump pump did not match and it leaked after installing the original sump pump. I have tried everything possible to stop the leak and make the sump pump fit in well, but the new parts were too sloppy and it just did not hold the pump tight enough. As a proof, I have fixed the old (original assembly) and installed back the sump pump, and now it works without any leaks. DO NOT buy this item or you will be sorry for your money and wasted time. I did not write this in anger or revenge as it happened 2 weeks ago. Right now I learned all the parts and how to disassemble or install the dishwasher parts by heart, so I could easily work for Sears. I just wrote this to tell you fact.
