Limited edition and so more expensive....a shame it didn't work 100% out of the box.
I had heard that these controllers had some issues straight from the factory, and I ended up getting one that did, sadly. The LED Xbox button at the top of the controller worked about one out of every 50 times I tried using it. I saw on the forums that these Halo controllers arrive with a button that doesn't work sometimes, but I was still surprised. Luckily the seller is taking the return quickly and refunding my money (yay for them! : ) ). My son got the green Master Chief controller for Christmas and it already has problems with drift not even 6 months into use. These are the coolest looking controllers in (imo). Beautiful controller, minor flaw
This controller is absolutely gorgeous. I bought this for my boyfriend so we could eventually get both sets of the limited edition controllers/headsets. We’re in the process of testing it out with competitive matchmaking in halo 5 and everything seems to be fine except the left analog stick. Going up or forward on it seems to be really slow and takes a couple seconds to make it to a jog. I’m really sore about this because it does impede on our ranking progress. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong with it, but this was a steal for the product received. Edit: The req pack included did work! Unfortunately for us, we didn’t check to see if he already had gotten that promotion from something else and it got wasted. Edit 2: After about 12 matches, the analog stick started working correctly. Changing to 5 stars again because everything is perfect! Edit 3: It’s unfortunate to say, but it seems like the analog stick flaw is permanent. I’m unsure how this can be fixed or if it can be. Still a wonderful and beautiful controller.

Great for PC, but it's not Bluetooth
I've never owned an Xbox, so I didn't know what to expect when ordering an Xbox controller. I looked online that Xbox One controllers could connect to the PC via Bluetooth, but it turns out that only some controllers have Bluetooth enabled. This one does not. So I'm temporality using USB (my Galaxy S7 EDGE charger worked just fine) until I get an Xbox wireless adaptor. About the controller itself, it feels amazing and looks amazing! Got it on sale
Got it on sale and got a terrific deal on it. Used it as soon as I got it and could immediately see the difference between the standard controller and this newer updated unit that has the 3.5 headset jack which makes it nice to use your own headset/with mic. so overall the controller works perfectly, the only thing that bugs me is that it disconnects from my xbox every now and then. not while I'm playing but when its off. for example i try to turn on my xbox sometimes from the controller and it wont budge, so i have to hook them both up again and its irritating because it always takes a while for the system to recognize the controller, like 1-3 minutes having the controller right next to the system with both lights blinking. but other than that its great. i don't regret buying it for that price. super cool controller forsureVerified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
