  • Quality ranks extreme high

I bought this CF card specfically for my Canon 20D DSLR camera. I was able take shots and experienced extreme speeds of writing to the card. I am extremely pleased and pleasantly surprise of how fast the CF card performs. However, for those of us that have cameras that does not support cards larger than 8 GB, recommend not formatting the CF card from the cameras format utility. What occurs is that when the card is formatted by the camera, the max size of the card results will be 8Gb, thus loosing 58Gb. Recommend formatting the CF card via a computer system and not from the camera's format utility. Just shoot and store the shots to the CF cards, the camera will continue to use all of the 64Gb until it is full. It is not the fault of the CF card that the camera cannot see the full 64Gb capicity, but rather, it is the camera's firmware that does not support CF card formatting beyond 8 Gb. Bottom line, I am very happy with my purchase. I have never purchased Lexar before for any of my cameras. I wanted to see what all the reviews were talking about. I am glad I did. For longivity? I will have to get back with you on that. So far, for the one week that I have had this CF card, it has been a good one. Will I buy another if and when? Confidence is high.

  • Very fast card - the buffer clears quickly

This is a pretty amazing Compact Flash card. If you're looking at it, then you're likely using a professional-class DSLR. In my Canon 5D Mark III, I can shoot a ton of RAW photos quickly... and the buffer clears in a minimum amount of time. Compared to even an 800x card, this card works even faster. I did have one of these cards go bad a few months ago (it wouldn't format in the camera or on the computer), so I sent it in to Lexar. Because it's the professional series, they replaced it for me. This is my go-to card for professional photos.

  • I guess it is an imitation

I bought this card for my DSLR because it needs a fast card for RAW-files. This card is very slow. I think, it may be an imitation. On RAW, I can only take one shot and then it's buffering for a few seconds. Definitively not the showed product. Maybe the stickers are correct. Also not the software on the card delivered (but that's no big issue).

  • Review.

The Compact Disc itself is ok, but what I don't like is the offered free Image Rescue 5 has a fault in it. I have purchased 2 6bG Compact Discs in recent months and the Image Rescue 5 on offer did not download correctly. There is a dll missing.

  • Waste of money!

I normally don't write a review but I was so disappointed with this purchase , the card says 64GB but only reads 7.3GB
