'It just keeps getting better!'
I just replaced a late 2012 iMac with this machine. The transfer from the old one to the new one was 'seamless.' All the drivers for three printers was all set-up, ready to go. Not to mention all the other stuff I spent 5 years collecting. Better sound, astounding 5K display and faster - at everything. 2.8 GHZ to 3.6 - WOW! When its off, it looks the same as the old one - which was astounding. But on, it's 'leaps' ahead of the old one. I've probably had over a dozen Mac's in my life. My first one was a 512K I bought in 1986. While I don't always agree with some of the changes Apple makes - from time to time - but overall, they just keep getting better. Beautifully designed and constructed, Apple makes no concessions for the sake of saving a few bucks. Yes, Apples are more money, but compared with PC's, the iMac is a work of art, not just a great computer. Long after you've paid the purchase price, you'll be rewarded by superior performance, design and operating system. Yes, I'm I fan of Apple…NO, does it show?! Well made iMac with an awesome screen
This is the first time I have ever bought a refurbished computer and I was a bit skeptical. After receiving it FedEx, it was packaged well, I don't have a new iMac box to compare but you will you would never know it was refurbished. A certified refurbished 1 year warranty from Apple give you some piece of mind. As far a performance, this machine is great. Not as fast as my rMBP but still performs well. The huge 5k retina screen more than makes up for it. Very impressed even with it being a refurbished product. Great piece of machinery
HUGE!! This is my first Mac and all i can say is i don't regret buying this Imac. Well designed super thin. Screen is super crisp. Speakers sound great and awesome! I did not buy it for gaming but i tested it with GTAV and I will not recommend it for last generation games, it will suffer a little bit if running games at full capacity but for every other task it will work perfect, multitasks, video editing, 4K video running, lots of webpages open and it didn't let me down.
