Supplier stand behind their product
Cup (a replacement) was received on schedule. There was a minor enamel chop on the outside of the lip, but not where I plan to use it. The product was as advertised, and will make a useful addition to my collection. The minor chipped edge is why this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review.

Don't do it
Mine finally arrived after a long time waiting. When I opened the package, ALL 4 MUGS were either cracked or bended. There is no way to reuse them. Very bad quality, and when they got here, I can't use them because they are broken.
