    Product I was looking for doesn't look l...

    Product I was looking for doesn't look like it was inspected but is usable, needs typical capacitors replaced and no disappointed. Board is usable my current ECM is burnt and unusable. Appearance has a tiny spot of rust on the outside has no affect on the board.
