It's drawback is the when attempting to enter my wireless password, the keyboard is apparently not aligned with the letters and characters making it quite difficult to complete the password to get connected to my Internet Service Provider (ISP). This may be a fault of all Barnes & Noble Nook Glowlight 4eReaders, model # BNVR1000.
