    Great buy for the money

    I already own a 12” Ryobi sliding miter saw and it is VERY powerful. When you hit the switch, you may have a good grip because it powers up instantly. I was expecting similar power from the 7 1/4” saw and that was probably foolish. Of course, the 7 1/4 is much lighter and much easier to haul around on the portable stand. It’s really a great tool and I’m happy with it. It’s cuts well and can get through a 2x10 on a straight cut. Great buy for the money!

    Ljght and easy to carry around

    Bought this to supplement my big saw that is a beast. I don't often have to cut 2x12's and 4x6's. The big saw is better in a lot of ways but it is heavy and awkward to move around and set up. It also take up a lot of storage space. This little Ryobi works great once I set it to square which it wasn't out of the box. I store it hung from a hook in the ceiling and can carry it with one hand. If I had a small lightweight stand like a smaller version of my big stand it would be a perfect setup for the small jobs. I don't like squatting on the floor and supporting the long boards with scraps. I like working with a stand with extendable supports a lot better. It's a bit under powered but I can baby it through what I need to cut. Overall a worthwhile purchase and the seller seams very good with fast delivery and as described.

    Good little saw!

    I looked into this before I bought it. I knew I’d be doing mainly trim with it. I bought the refurbished on here. I was surprised to see the box and manual included all parts too. I blew off the sawdust and it works great. Makes a nice cut and I like the shadow line of the blade with the light. Its really light and compact and will do what I need and then some.

    This is a very compact and lightweight saw that cuts lumber up to 8 inches. This miter saw is so smooth and leaves ends looking like a sanded surface. Didn't expect to be as precise as it is. Folds up and fits anywhere with one handed carrying. 5star!

    I never used one before but this is easy!

    I love using it and it seems much safer than my skill-saw. It was easy to figure out. The led makes it easy to figure out where you’re cutting. I love that it’s lightweight so I can easily move it from one place to another so I can bring it inside at night.
