  • Excellent 1500VA UPS at an affordable price

By far the best UPS I've had; I'm able to connect my main file server, laptop charger, and other devices when necessary. The reason why I chose CyberPower in particular, is due to their great compatibility with Linux, which is essential due to the fact that my file server uses GNU/Linux.

  • Power Packed!

This UPS caught power surges so fast I did not even know it had happened! It has a smaller size than the old APC unit I replaced with this and this has a larger capacity. There are 2 minor features that it could have some improvement on one being the logging/recording of these momentary surges/power outages. When going into the history it does not indicate anything happened. The other one is going into charging mode it does not start charging back immediately upon AC power being restored.

  • Great 900W Surge Protector & Battery Backup!

Great 900W Surge Protector & Battery Backup! I wish it had a better surge protection rating, but the battery backup works great on my Starlink router and on my desktop computer.

  • Quality hardware, secure power, good price

After a recent storm-related power outage that caused me to watch some unsaved photo editing disappear, I decided to buy a battery back-up for my system. I didn't know what size would be best, but since the CyberPowers are reasonably priced, I went with more than I probably need. What you get with going bigger is the capacity to plug more things in and more time to run them when the power goes out. Before I started writing this, I simulated a blackout by unplugging the power strip this system is on. Not a hitch; it was like nothing happened except a display on the CyberPower came to life and told me I had about 45 minutes of usage left on back-up. That's a pretty generous time frame, I'd say, especially with all the stuff I have plugged-in, including two monitors and a light. Of course, less stuff hooked-up gives you even more time. Surge protection is another feature of this unit. Of the ten AC outlets on the back, all are surge-protected, and five of them provide back-up power. There are a couple of USB charging ports on the front. The unit is nicely built and it looks good. It's kinda heavy due to the battery inside that comes into play when the power goes out. Since my wifi router is too far from this system to get in on having its power backed-up, I plan on buying a small CyberPower to station by it to keep it backed-up, too. If you hate having the plug pulled on a browsing session, you'll like having this. If you create content of any kind, you need it. I'm very happy with this CyberPower, especially at this price.

  • Small Usefull UPS

Small, compact unit; easy to fit on desk; Receptacles are tight, not loose on my unit; Display is very crisp and useful, easy to use Battery charge is not acetate; best thing to do is to cycle the power from time to time so it charges, recalculates; Seems to do what it claims regarding AVR; Lots of useful information provided by display and micro-controller

  • UPS System

Cyber Power is an important accessory to power computers and expensive electronics like large TVs. In our area we lose power a few times a year and it is often intermittent causing dangerous surges to electronics, this unit helps to eliminate electronic failures and or loss of important documents that weren't saved because of power transmission problems.
