Very disappointing... A way too flimsy for my taste
I was attracted by the slick design of this bell as I like to try new things all the time. This one really disappointed me how flimsy the whole bell is. Be aware that if you have shifters, you may have a hard time finding the right location for this bell on your handlebar. There is only one place to put it which is close to the grips. I had an old, classic, medium size bell that survived years of rough mountain biking, no issues. This one did not work properly after one ride on my 29er commuter bike doing some light trails. Compact with a nice tone.

Not loud or consistent

Good Quality Bell
I have this Oi bell, and a couple of knock offs on other bikes. They all 'ding' but the Oi, 1. has better fit and finish, is a better looking bell. 2. The tone or pitch is much more pleasant, not as harsh or tinny as other bells, and 3. The resonance or ringing last much, much longer. The product was delivered quickly in the correct condition. I love the ring to this bell much more than its smaller version and most other bells on the market. My handlebars needed a shim, so I recommend measuring to determine if you need one.
