It's a sega genesis emulator ..
Not a Genesis if you know that you won't be disappointed . I have not tested cart slot but it has 37 genesis game built in. And a lot of casual games. Also the controllers are ok but must be line of sight with console. I did not experience any sound quality or visual degradation. The wireless controllers are awesome. You won't find the original Sega sound quality in most Sega Emulators on PC. I really missed the old music and sounds from the original console that this console has, they bring back memories from when I was a kid.
