Very nice modem. Almost plug and play. Simple installation. Arrived on time, perfect condition. No horsing around, Set up and go. Runs cool. Sits on a screened shelf, with a 120mm fan under it on low speed. TP link takes care of routing. The price of these moves around quite a bit. I elected to purchase 2 used spares after the first 2 weeks. First reviews I came across were negative also. All is good, just about perfect.

Set up was easy, and it will pay for itself. Beware, if you have a phone line modem, you will need to keep the old modem, or get some kind of viop. I went with magic jack/ worked well for me. shop around and find out what works for you. Also, call your cable co. and make sure you are getting reduced rates, after cut out your phone line.
