I bought them cuz I need a good water pill to take- I ain't never took them or any other brand of water pills. I read up on this kind that it helps with women's PMS. So I thought kool I'll give it a try! They came just few days into my period so I took 2 like it says, well let's just say it "works on the pms part" lol I woke up with bad cramps not wanting to get out bed, almost an hour pass my cramps was gone, I was up cleaning house. I'm full of energy & feel great... Humm lol didn't know a water pill was that good. But bout the water weight it's to soon to know. I would buy next month as well. I do recommend this for women!! Even if you aint on pms I still take. GREAT BUY! ☺❤
