Maintains healthy silver hair tone
My hair is a natural silver grey and I use this product alternately with my regular shampoo to keep the tone natural and attractive. Over time, silver hair can turn yellowish due to minerals and chemicals in our water, but Matrix So Silver Purple Shampoo neutralizes that effect. I recommend.

Shining Again
Having frosted my hair for about 40 years, I have tried just about every purple shampoo on the market that states this will lighten your natural or blonde highlights. Well, let me tell you, I have wasted a lot of money through the years. What “they” promise is not always true. But this is one product that stands alone for quality. It truly does help rid those yellows, and makes them lighter. And if you already have the perfect blonde color, this will enhance your color and make it shine. No more being a “dull colored blonde”. And it does not leave a residue on your hair either, as some of the others do. This is also priced really well. Better then other products that cost more, but don’t help with fading blonde color. I would rate this product a 10**********!

Great shampoo for the price. Less expensive that in the stores & free shipping! Be careful when using product, as leaving it on one's hair too long (over 5 min.) could cause the hair to turn a shade of purple. Also, if left on linger could cause hair to obtain a deeper shade of purple.
