Great design and high-quality diffuser!
This is my second diffuser. The Ilsa is exceedingly well designed and made. The handle works well to move it off a hot burner. I have transitioned to traditional cooking methods using pottery and soapstone cookware. I must use a diffuser since my stove-top is glass. I purchased a second Ilsa diffuser because I was so impressed with the first one. I highly recommend this product. In the photo, the edge of the diffuser can be seen under the tagine.
