WAGO! The only way to go~
WAGO was the original quick link, and is the only way to go. You will realize just how hand these are if you are wiring 20 amp receptacles. Wire nuts makes it so you have to take a sledge hammer to get them all into the receptacle. Ok maybe a little over the top but not by too much. These take up so less space which is a plus in the electrical wiring world. The best way to connect wires for a guaranteed secure connection
These may be more expensive than the cheap wire nuts but, to me, they are worth the extra cost. You are guaranteed a secure connection as you can see it through the clear plastic. The connectors clamp down easily and hold without a problem. They take less room in the the junction box (one of the main reasons I started using them). They are also re-usable. These were great for adding smart devices in my house. I used these to connect the neutrals together and then connected the neutral for the switches right into the box. For cramped boxes, I also swapped out some big wire nuts and replaced them with these so I had more room in the junction box. Wago 221 - a huge improvement on a genius product
If you need to connect a few wires together under duress (sandstorms, high heat, far away from your soldering iron) and you need them to withstand vibration etc, the WAGO lever-nuts are amazing. Lift the lever, insert your wire, close the lever. No screwdrivers, no soldering irons, just reliable connections. Better than using a connector or a busbar
