Making Applesauce
Prior to getting this we were peeling and coring the apples. Aside from time consuming we were probably wasting a lot of the apples. Now we slice the apples and put them in the Food Mill. Doesn't perform well
First, I'm a chef 17yrs in the industry, I've used a food mill a few times. This food mill wouldn't push pudding through it. The blades sit to high over the disc. Not worth it at all. Spend a few dollars more and get a better grade food mill. Again, waste of money.
