Well this is my first chromebook the problem is that certain apps I cannot download i have to do extra steps and on certain apps the browser needs to be upgraded so when I follow the steps the system tells me that it is up to date I'm not going to say I regret getting a chrome instead of getting a labtop with software installed that I'm familiar with and that makes sense easy to use instead of taking precautions and doing extra things biy in the end I will end up switching becaue I got a lab top so I could down load a app and install a code so I can receive calls on the laptop for my job but I can't download that app because it's unavailable on chrome and I cannot just download a similar app becaue that's where I am employed so u cannot just download a similar app for work that's like working at Microsoft but getting 3 weeks off and figure you can walk right into sony and go to work ... naw it don't work like that... it says I can connect my phone and load the apps from my phone to the labtop I tried and it says the same thing update browser so I cannot download my music daws the system just recommended new ones for chrome this system is so aggravating becasue allot of the things that you have to do just to get a app i feel is overcharted and unfair because this is the type of reasons companies go bankrupt and have to shut down because most companies have went blind to what the masses actually need .. and they're needs to be more human in the buildings instead of A.I. But we live where we live raised on lies that get called fairy tales and it is becsue of this life of a lie being lied to while I was a kid and finding out it's all a lie messed me up at 9 years old its the same age In wich I started hearing voices in my head .. I love my chrome book. The only thing I don’t like is the print it so small.. I have trouble seeing it and couldn’t find a place to enlarge it in the setting. I found a place in setting to change it in the text part. I could not find a place how to set it to enlarge the bookmark? When Typing this I can partly see what I have typed.

Doesn't work unless plugged in to outlet. Right out the box I plugged it up and let it charge for two hours. As soon as I removed the charger the screen went black. Also touch pad doesnt so can't move cursor around on the screen. What's the point of having this portable lil laptop if it not portable. Waste of my money only way to move cursor is to hit the TAB key until what I want to select is highlighted.

I have tried and tried and can not figure out how to enable google play on this laptop. So I can not download any of my apps. I believe this laptop was so obsolete that it does not even have the capability. If I find out anything different I’ll change my review. As is, it is a waste of money to me and useless.
