Great back up.
The alkaline battery pack is a great back up for my Garmin rhino 655t. I have been out in the mountains with my rhino and accidently left my lithium battery on which went dead. Yes it works for GPS, however you do not get the 5 watts option for radio transmission, so if you are very far away from another radio, you will not receive or sent polling or radio to radio contact. only 2 watts max, so two way radio is useless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
