Relieve compression in lower back, promote healing
the product was like new. i used it often during flare up of lower back and for maintenance of back about 3 times a week. i believe that it helped me recover after sustaining a sprain to the lower back. over time lower back suffers from compression. for me this was especially true after 30 years working as a software engineer and sitting most of the day. the device is supposed to loosen vertebrae and disks in lower back. when using it allows user to bend and message lower back so more fluid can enter the spinal area, or at least according to the manufacturer. this should promote healing. it feels very good when I use it.

Small, yet effective
Had a bulging disc for many years and recently developed sciatica. Used this for about a week and my back is suddenly more flexible! Also the back pain has gone down so much, I don't even have to take ibuprofen at my job constantly. Keep in mind though, this is not a one all, fix all product. Exercise, along with stretching and strengthening, go a long way in helping your back. I highly recommend this product to anyone with back issues. Please check with a doctor first.

Needed to regain lumbar curve badly. Used daily and within 2 weeks pain had significantly diminished bec of spinal nerve compression. Using now in conjunction w book BEING A SUPPLE LEOPARD.
