Good as an extra or 'starter' charger
This does the job - I'm using it for charging transmitters modded with 3S 18650 internal batteries (QX7 & Horus). It charges without getting too warm, but the balancing isn't as precise as any of my programmable chargers. If you were using this on larger batteries (for flight or car power) I'd be concerned the lack of precise balancing would shorten battery life. It also tends to charge the high cell to slightly above 4.2v. 4.28 is normal with my unit. To combat this, I'd recommend using the battery right away at least enough to get it below 4.2v. The lights go red under charge and green when done, but all 3 change color at the same time, where the high cell should go off 1st, and so on. Maybe mine's a bad unit, but I think that's what you get for the price. For what I'm using it for, it does a fine job. and if used as a 2nd charger to speed up matters while flying, it would work well too. Just use or balance your batteries fairly quick if you finish the charge on this unit. As with all Lipo charging, do so on a fireproof surface in a safe location, and don't leave it charging unattended. Bottom Line - for a 2nd, spare, or extreme economy charger, it does the job and is worth the money. Spend another 3 bucks and get one of the plug-in LED battery alarm/checkers, and enjoy!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good basic balance charger.
This charger works just as described. It is slow and consistent, balances the cells, and just keeps working. Output is 900mah, so just over an hour for every 1000mah your battery has. Nice lipo charger
Works great on 2s lipo battery since I don't run 3s batteries I can't say anything on that but I see no reason it would have any issues charging 3s batteries. At 900 mah charge rate it is not a fast charger but for the price I highly recommend this charger also it is only AC (wall plug ) so that might be a issue for some but for what is is works for me, Highly recommend this chargerVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Charges like its supposed to, with a descent price.
Well, its a battery charger. Using it to charge 3000mah li-po batteries, it takes about 5 hours to recharge each battery. It is by no means a quick or professional unit.
