Practically every home router is already using the same address causing an address conflict. A reason why the more expensive managed switches have a console port.
Zyxel is the best gear you can buy for the money. It is more difficult to configure only because most documentation is not in english. Zyxel's support offerings are generally pretty quick to get back to you though with clear answers.
I have a few of these switches. They are good cheap alternatives to some of the higher end stuff. The web gui is easy to pick up and everything works well.
