Great software, prints are great. Great customer service. App allows the kids to watch the project grow. The plate comes pre-leveled. One of my bolts randomly vibrated out--had to re-level the plate. This required downgrading to the older firmware, leveling the plate then upgrading the firmware again. Great product--easy to use and the prints are amazing. If you have owned the older smart extruder you will know how unreliable the product is, with about 25%-35% of print fails, with this you can print hundreds of prints without a single jam, I have printed 23 spools with one of these with only a few jams and it is still printing after over a year all i did was replace the nozzle every 10 spools and added a filter.
