Great performer chair.
Great seat. The way it's adjustable makes it great to use and easy to switch for another person if needed. Feels very strong and secure. It costs more than some but well worth the price for the craftsmanship sturdiness. I play guitar and it is the best seat I've every used for playing. Solid and stable
Pros: Very solidly built with heavy materials, more stable than one would expect from photo. Back rest padding soft and comfortable. Cons: Adjustment bolts (knob bolts) are very soft and will bend under weight, would be nice if they had used at least grade 5 hardware. Footrest is too short, should extend at least another 4 inches. Seat padding too firm. Could not find a specification in all the ads and sales pages that gave a clear representation of the seat height adjustment range. After receiving, I found that the seat could be physically adjusted to the very top of the upright, I use with the seat adjusted to the 4th hole from the top, and have found the seat to be very stable with no tendency to tip. I suspect the lack of adjustment information stems from product liability concerns. What a shame! With the caveat that I am disappointed in the quality of the adjustment hardware (would have given it 5 stars if not for that), I'm very pleased with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The price is good but the comfort is not there.
The shape and design are just what they need to be the metal frame construction are nice as well . The quality of the seat and back rest are terrible both are not usable. The seat bottom is as hard as a rock the back rest is a piece of wood with a thin soft foam layer both are loosely covered in the cheapest vinyl and it fit and finish is of the lowest quality. I took both to a local upholstery shop and for $30. they are nice and comfortable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
