A steal for the price. Arrived perfect.
Outstanding hollow body. Great action. Didnt need a setup. An extraordinary value. I always wanted a 1970s Ibanez Artist but they were always out of reach. This guitar is made in Indonesia but has great build quality. A steal for the price.

Just a great guitar!! At a fair price!!
I own a bunch of solid body electric guitars. I always wanted to ad to my collection a hollowbody but there price tags were so out of reach. Then I came across the Ibanez line of hollowbody guitars. I own 6 solid body Ibanez guitars and they all play wonderfully . So I decided to pull the trigger and check one out. I bought the as73 tobacco. And let me tell ya. I play this instrument more than my 04 Gibson SG! LOL. It's just beautiful to look at. The maple wood grain is stunning. Had to get a little adjusted to the slightly heavier string gauge, but WHAT TONE! I play classic rock, blues, and this is just magnificent. The build quality is way better than I expected. It stays in perfect tune even after throwing crazy blues bends at it. Hey for jazz, funk or any thing else , no problem for this axe. At this price point it's a no brainer.. get one now. And watch your other guitars collect dust. LOL>

Ibanez quality at a reasonable price
Great quality, and very playable. However, a setup is badly needed, and I have a set of SD Hot Rodded pups that I will be using to replace the stock pups. These are all easy remedies, and I would not hesitate to recommend this guitar.

I think for the money, and many others with more experience have said the same thing, you really cannot go wrong with this guitar. Fit, finish and even the set up is really beyond expectations. Ibanez has become quite the guitar company.

pay more - get more
needed to smooth-down jagged frets, set the octaves, lower the action, and get rid of the heavy gauge strings. Hey, it's an inexpensive guitar and I got what I paid for, right? I'll probably end up replacing the pickups too...
