This is a tip to make for 0 gauge power cable to fit in 4 gauge amplifier terminal. It seem to be made from one solid piece of metal and the set screw grabbed tightly the stranded copper cable. These are very solid and well made
These are very well made however they unfortunately dont fit my JL Audio HD amps, I wanted to run 1/0 gauge power and ground to the amps so I bought 1 set of these just to test it out and sure enough they are about 1/8 of an inch too bulky and cant install them properly with out jamming them in the terminal inputs. This is not on knukonceptz though, it's on JL Audio for making the gaps between the power and ground wire so close to each other. If they would have done something like power on the left, remote in the middle and ground on the right as an example, this 1/0 gauge to 4 gauge adapter would have worked 100! That's why I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 as I feel that they should have also made the tabs alot more closer to the edge. I highly doubt them breaking.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for amps with remote in between + -
If you have an amp that use 4 gauge cable but the positive and negative inputs are together don't buy this reducers because they won't fit. They didn't fit in Skar Audio RP.1200.1 because + - are together and remote is next to them. So I think Knukonceptz needs to be more specific on that. Quality and price are good. My only issue was fitting. I think these reducers are good only for amps that have remote input in between + - inputs. I would love to give this 0 stars but don't have that option. This is not 4 guage and will not fit. I have a quality amp which is a 4000 watt soundstream tarantula series and it does not fit. Worked for what I needed.
I made them work but if the orientation of the posts were opposite, they would have been even better. My amp pos and neg are side by side, therefore a risk at bare wire touching when I “send it” over a railroad track. That’s why I bought these. They look like they are oriented the same like both “left shoes” IF there was a left and a right they would work out 100% perfect but with the heat shrink sleeves they will do for the price.
