Fan for my processor
it's awesome, quiet and gets the job done. It's a direct replacement for the failed unit in by desktop computer. Did I mention that it's quiet, it is. Worked right out of the box like it's supposed to.

Bad choice
I did not receive the fan depicted in the picture. It will not function as a CPU cooler fan for the AMD/AVC copper-core cooler. The fan does not have ball bearings nor does it have the thermistor shown in the picture.

NOISY!
This fan is just about as noisy as the one it is replacing - because of the noise. I gather this fan has been laying around for years, and the lubricant has dried up or leaked out. It has brought my processor temperature down 15 degrees, so it must be running faster than the old (five years old) one.
