    Some things could be better.

    I was unable to get the holder for the headset to attach to the base. And would like it if the cord stretched further as I have the base on my desk, but want it to reach 5 feet to where I work on the computer. The coil of the cord is tight and doesn't stretch that well so it wants to pull the phone off the desk. Would like to be able to save numbers for redial rather than have some number of recent in and out calls to choose from. If you have an in call number to use for a redial, there is a function to put a 0 in front of it for long distance, but we have to use a 1 not a 0, can't redial to a call that came in from long distance. In expensive so might have to pay more for better functions.

    This item says in description *binoural headsets* i received a monaural headset and makes me really mad because i was specifically looking for binaural headsets and also the stand for the headsets did not came however i haven't tried the item yet i hope that it works
