All ROs should have one.
Was very impressed to how much less water it wasted than RO without it. Very quick and easy to install. Also increased water outlet pressure. The pump works well. I put in a one way valve because the air breaker sounded like someone breathing under the sink. It definitely, speeds up the RO process and there is higher pressure at the RO faucet. I did have to modify the RO system installation because there was no provision the insert the pump between the membrane cartridge and the output filter. Tricky to find the most effective place in the circuit. Some operation explanation would help. I need to place my gauges differently. Connection kit is worthless unless you need the elbows, but do get the mount. It will be a year before I can say it is worth it, but the idea is good.
