You have to consider the type of backup lamps on your car...
I chose these due to our cars all having a small reflector surface for the back up lamps. These bulbs have chips on the top facing out as opposed to on the sides of them. This gets more light directly out the lens than side chips needing reflector surface to get light out the lens. 10x brighter than stock bulb
