Fully encloses battery
It is all good, and works properly. Instructions are not very specific or clear, and I had to reply on several online photos and reviews to understand how it all worked. The hold down bars go on the outside of the box, down through the trunk floorboard. The provided screws for the lid hold down strap guides/clamps are so close to the hold down bars/rods that under the car they interfere with you when tightening the rod nuts. But once installed it all works. I most like how the battery is fully enclosed. Plenty of cable is supplied. This was mounted in an 'old school' 1956 Chevy street 'gasser'.
