  • Channel Master flat TV Antenna

Best value for the cost. This antenna is more effective than much more expensive brands and pulls in more channels than most others that I’ve tried. I like the simplicity also. There’s a coaxial thread on connector at the base which allows more flexibility for placement. But keep in mind, you will need to supply your own length of coax cable because it’s not include. Included, however, are 3-M double sided adhesive fasteners. Great product for the price.

  • Surprisingly cheap, surprisingly effective.

Once I took the extra step of mounting this antenna outside, connected to my tv via a hole drilled from indoors, I got excellent reception, pulling in nearly 30 channels. Most were very clear. Since I live in an outer suburb of Seattle, I think this is very good indeed. Since the thing is made of plastic, being outdoors doesn't seem to matter at all.

  • Good Value, Better than Most

Have tried the Antennas Direct Clearstream Eclipse, this antenna get a couple more channels than Eclipse - although the add'l channels are not aways clear/watchable. But, this antenna is less than half the cost of the Eclipse. Eclipse seems good for higher UHF channels (ie channel 20+). The Channel Master also get these but can get some lower channel VHF channels ( 4-18) better than Eclipse. All these antennas performance seem to be dependent on your location and elevation.

  • no problem with refurbished

Works just as good as a new product at half the price. However, my postman bent it to get it in my mailbox. Luckily I could get it straightened out by laying a heavy book on it. This saved the Post Office from a formal complaint from me.

  • Suprisingly good indoor antenna; excellent value for money.

The appartment complex where I live has an arrangement with the local cable company: if you subscribe to their high speed internet service, you automatically qualify for free basic cable service. Plugging this antenna directly into my TV and using the TV's own tuner, I can pick up as many channels as I receive with my basic cable service, with equally good picture quality. Considering the fact that I live in an apartment complex and that this is an unamplified indoor antenna, fixed to a window in my living room, added to the fact that it's one of the cheapest antennas on the market, I am, quite frankly, astonished just how good it is. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to "cut the cable"!

  • Worth the $10 price for sure.

Hard to find a suitable mounting area, mostly because there are no mounting holes in the antenna, and the antenna is floppy & flexible, like a big piece of paper. Had to punch holes in the packaging bag to hang the antenna inside its bag on the wall, and of course you can't just twist the unit to improve reception like you can with rabbit ears. It did pull in a few more channels. For $10, it was definitely worth a try. S&H was included!

  • Not a Multi-Direction

It one the best flat antenna if installed and faced to direct broad cast location. Otherwise you won't get any channel. Unfortunately in my house the TVs are in the opposite direction and doesn't work for me but I tested in the direction of broadcast channels and got all the channels as far as 25 miles away.

  • Good but not great reception

I had High Hopes do to the ratings this had, but alas, I got no more stations with this than others. I'm in a garden apartment, which makes it difficult.

  • The best antenna I've used.

I have a total of 3 antennas from channel master, 2 older models and this newer model, and they all outshine the competition in my opinion. Compared to other antennas in the same space, they always pull the most channels. I just wish I knew the coax cable wasn't included, but I happened to have one handy.

  • Surprisingly good reception

I bought this antenna as a test for the feasibility of an indoor antenna. In less tan five minutes I am receiving 42 channels with cable quality pictures and sound. I am 13 miles from the cluster of transmitting towers over fairly flat terrain. No need for an outdoor antenna here.
