    Saved big bucks with some YouTube research and this product.

    Dash control panel removal was easy. Very difficult to access the rear mounting screw through the glove box. Discovered it is critical to have the old actuator set EXACTLY between Cool & Heat or the splines won't align correctly. Dropped right into the door sprocket once I figured that out. This product functioned properly immediately!

    A great replacement for a common problem

    I bought this actuator to replace the one in my F-150 when mine started to make a knocking sound behind the dash. A YouTube video made installation a snap and the sound was gone. Thai $18 part saved me several hundred in repair costs. Definitely worth it.

    Motorcraft YH-1933 Blend door actuator. Common problem

    There was a popping noise behind the dash which apparently were the gears in the actuator. After that I had no control over the temp of the air coming out. I found a video on YouTube explaining the problem and how to replace it. It would have been a lot easier to perform the task if my hands weren't so big. It saved me beaucoup $$$ doing it instead of taking to a shop. It was a perfect replacement part and now my heater/air conditioner is back to normal. Most definitely a 5-star product for sure. Nothing bad whatsoever can be said about this product.

    Save some $$$

    Apparently, this is quite the problem child for Ford f150's. I have a 2011 and have been without heat most of the summer. After getting a quote of over $1000 from the dealership (without knowing the problem) I speared-headed some research of my own and figured out it was this.     OEM upgrade

    The blend door that changes the direction your blower motor blows air (either across the heater core for heat or over the evaporator core for ac) pivots with a pinion gear that's turned by a worm gear and a motor. Apparently the worm gear stripped out and started sounding like a midget behind my radio hitting something with a hammer and wouldn't open the blend door to the heater core side. Googled the problem. Took me 30 minutes to replace it after I watched two YouTube videos. Turned out to be a very common problem for 2011 F-150's like mine. Had heat immediately. Very happy.
