E6430 keyboard
The connector for the ribbon cable is delicate - be very careful working the connector on the new keyboard. When connected it looks and works well. My E6430 is now 5 1/2 years old, works very well, is fast, however the original keyboard showed signs of wear so that you could not read the letters on the keys. This new keyboard works well, has good quality lettering on the keys and is a big help for those who are not touch typists.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Connector would not mate to keyboard
I’m an experienced electronics technician, and have replaced many components on many computers. But despite multiple attempts I could not get the computer ribbon cable connector to mate with the purchased keyboard.
