Good Laptop
Great laptop and screen. Battery lasts 6 hours regularly. 7hrs if you are lucky and arent doing any heavy duty work. Very easy to type on with a good keyboard. Not great keyboard but definitely workable for most people. Track pad is great with gestures and you are able to configure the gestures. not a light laptop by any means but for a workhorse like this, its a good tradeoff. the 4k screen is great but unnecessary in 2017. majority of content isnt in 4k to utilize that beautiful screen and if you went 1080p screen, you would easily get 8-9hrs of battery. Screen is gorgeous though. Fingerprint works great. Not as great as touch id with apple but works well. Only gripe is theres no way to know where the finger print scanner is if you are working in the dark. other than that, it works fine and shouldnt be an issue. One of the quickest boot times i have seen with that fast pci ssd in there. Overall a great laptop. If all you are doing is typing, browsing, watching videos etc, this might be overkill. the 1080p screen should suffice plenty and give u more battery life. If you require heavy duty work like video editing or photo editing etc, this 4k model with i7 will do fantastic.Read full review

Best notebook ever
This notebook is really powerful and runs everything I need for engineering. Light weight and good build quality. The 15" inch screen with 4K resolution is just beautiful, great saturation, white balance, just perfect. Battery could use some work but gets 5-6 hours browsing the web, doing some modeling, watching videos on YouTube, and working on documents. Fan is not a problem or "loud" as people complain. Really just the best notebook for the money. Also the fingerprint is a really nice addition to it as well. 5/5 no doubt. Fast shipping, great dealer :) product was brand new along with the charger.

Excellent Laptop at a Great Price!
This computer is loaded with all the "bells and whistles", but at a great price. I have a powerful HP PC at home with a 23" computer monitor so I was a bit leery of only a 15.6" screen. However with the 4K screen everything is crystal clear and easy to read. With everything loaded onto this computer it is not light weight, but for me it is easily carried and used with no problem. I think it is a great laptop at a great price!!

Better than expected
Wasnt expecting too much from a refurbished laptop cause sometimes let's admit.. they're trash! But I also didnt want to pay the high price tag associated with the XPS 15 so I took my chances and I must say.. I'm impressed and very happy with my purchase, other then the minor imperfections, this laptop is close to brand new😃 Thanks guys!

Great unit
This i a huge bang for the buck, the video is very nice and the battery life exceptional. The 512 GB Drive could be larger but for the price I would swap it out. i7 seem powerful enough for the unit. Upgraded to 10ENT for the bells and whistles. All and All a good unit.

The XPS 15 is great. For the price it is hard to beat. Super light for a performance laptop and the screen colors are so beautiful. I was a little disappointed that there was a very light scuff mark on one underside corner. It was advertised as like new and other than this small mark on the underside that you have to turn it over and look closely for it is like new so overall I am very happy with it. One thing that slightly bugs me about the keyboard layout is that there is no page-up or page-down keys so you have to hit a key combination to get that functionality, Fn-up/down arrow which wouldn't be so bad except the Fn key is right next to the Windows key and it is very easy to hit the Windows key by mistake and have the Windows start menu to pop up which is very distracting. It is very fast compared to my old laptop and the 4k UHD touch screen is beautiful. This is the 9560 model and it does not seem quite as bright as the old 9550 screen even though I think the specs say it is but the colors are amazing. I did not see the Dell Premier color app loaded on it but I was able to download it from Dell so no problem there. I updated to the latest Windows 10 version 1809 and there were no issues with the upgrade. I would have no hesitation to buy another of these laptops if I needed one. If Dell improved the keyboard design this would be the perfect laptop but even as is it is great and for the price you cannot beat it.Read full review
