I bought this to monitor my driveway and get the tag number of any cars. I’ve had someone looking to see if anyone is home. I believe they want to see if there is anything to steal. The problem with this unit is it triggers the first exposure off the front of the car. So I never see the rear of the car/ truck. By the time it makes a second espouse the car is far enough down the driveway so you can’t make out the tag number. It triggers well on first exposure and send well on only one bar. Needs adjustable delay for trigger of exposure. Useless for. Monitoring drive way otherwise.

  • GREAT PRODUCT, you won’t be disappointed !!

I recently found a great place to hunt on private property, which is something I have never had. Only public land. Trail cams were out of the question as anyone could take them. I immediately started reading all I could on cellular trail cams and the difference between each brand. Wow, there are a lot, and after a week of research I made my choice. SPYPOINT Link Evo. I found one on EBay for about $120. Setting it up was one of the easiest things I’ve done. I put it out and that night started getting pics. WOW. The pics are good and the alerts come on my phone. I also put the APP on my iPad. I AM Addicted !!. I got 2 more and now I get all 3 cameras on same APP and can label each one different. Thanks SPYPOINT. My decision where to hunt what time of day is no longer a complete guess as I have pics of where the deer are and when. I highly recommend this product. Thanks Jon, Illinois Bow Hunter.

  • Don’t do it

Bought my first camera Feb of 2019. Rep from SPYPOINT raved about all the “free” features on the app, accessing favorited pictures, complete history of pics can be accessed, multiple users can login with same credentials etc. all was well, bought a second camera, both could be viewed by me and my comrades. Spypoint then got greedy and now wants to charge for the features on the app. I feel ripped off, bought the cameras based on the sales pitch and now all is changed. Yearly fee for app with features, plus the cell plan.

  • Lasted 3 days then quit working

I had such high hopes for this camera. I set it up and it worked as advertised for 3 days. Took about 50 photos on a 32 gig memory card and delivered them to my phone. Then suddenly it quit communicating, no photos. Over 24 hours later i took it down and tried everything recommended on spypoints help page. It just wont initiate and the red “busy” light stays on all the time. No photos, nothing. Now i have to deal with spypoint warranty. Extremely dissapointed

  • Quality and ease of set up and operation

Easy to set up and start getting pictures on your phone. Good quality pictures. Changes in set up is simple through the app plus monitoring items such as battery strength. One con is one plan for one camera. It would be nice to add another camera to your plan.

  • Spypoint cellular game camera

This camera works perfect for the price . Just download the app from the App Store . No need to buy a Verizon phone . It is comparable with any cellular phone service so long as you can download the spypoint app . Awesome product !

  • Not worth the money....systemic issues.

Owned 2 now for 11 months. Inconsistent transmission times with 4 out of 5 signal bars. Motion sensor is also inconsistent when capturing similar animal movement patterns (which is how I know). And the worst part is, just recently, I get photos transmitted to me that look scrambled. One will be ok, then the next will be scrambled, like rainbow colored bars obscuring everything. Was told I need a "fresh power supply", when the battery indicator tells me it's still has 45% power. Can't upload photos through this review platform or I would. Don't waste your money, Spypoint is on the cheaper side, but not worth it.

  • Too many pictures of nothing

the camera set on low sensitivity will take a picture of wind blowing, shade moving and it will use your data, your picture allowance up for the month in a few days

  • Best deal out there hands down.

Best deal out there hands down. These are super easy to set up, turn on, and use. We'll see if they last, but are working great for a couple weeks now. You can check the status of the batteries, cellular bars and SD card anytime from your phone. Using them for both security, and watching game. No down side yet.

  • Best value out there

I'm thoroughly impressed with this camera. I have the verizon version and I'll be picking up a second one soon. The service plan is reasonable and if you don't want to pay for it you have the option of 100 photos a month for free. Hard to beat that. The transfered photos are slightly color washed but and low res but the actual pics on the card are as good as my other cams. Setup was simple and instructions were clearly labeled on the device itself. The only extras you need are 8 Lithium batteries and a SD card ideally 16mb or 32mb so you can leave it out a while. my 32 mb card should get close to 30,000 pics at the current settings i have it on.
